Chité is a pioneering Italian lingerie brand made by women for women. It offers a one-of-a-kind interactive experience in which buyers can customise their lingerie, choosing the colours and fabrics in order to reduce excessive waste. Each of its ultra-feminine designs is crafted in small, independent workshops scattered across Italy by artisans intent on preserving the Italian textile tradition. - SHIPPING & RETURNS

Italy: The package will be delivered in 3/4 working days. Europe: The package will be delivered in 6/9 business days. Items must be returned in their original sales conditions, with tags still attached. Items must be returned in their original or comparable packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping. The return of items that have been damaged, washed, altered or that, in the reasonable opinion of Chitè, have presumably been used will not be accepted. Knickers and bodysuits must be tried on without coming into contact with the skin. Do not remove the protective adhesive strip. Each returned item undergoes a sanitation procedure at specialised laundries before being put back on sale. The customer can choose to exchange or return products within 14 days. Please email help@chite-lingerie.it who will share instructions. Shipping costs are entirely covered by Chitè.
