Circularity Centered: Recycled materials used for the knitwear (recycled cotton, PET). For the first two years products are covered by warranty. After the warranty expires customers are still able to send the knitwear for repair (this may include an extra fee depending on the complexity of the repair). Customers are also welcome to send back their item at the end of its lifecycle (although items are made to last) and the Soloist will ensure the yarn is repurposed and given a second life.

Locally Crafted: Locally knitted in Poland by local community in Wroclaw. Products are signed by the respective knitters to ensure recognition of the artisans towards their craft.
Considerately Produced: To offset any CO2 impact that comes from transportation, Sollisti partners with TreeApp, an organisation that takes care of planting trees.

- About the Brand
About the Brand
Sollisti is a handmade knitwear brand created by a mother and daughter duo. Its mission is to combine slow fashion, sustainability, ethical materials, and social responsibility into a fashion brand of the future that is not ruled by seasons and trends. It shuns mass-produce and instead focuses on small collections with one-of-a-kind designs to reduce waste, and uses leftover materials in accessories or combines it with other yarn. Natural yarns, wools and fabrics are used which come with a 'no mulesing' guarantee and OEKO-TEX certificates, all sourced from the best sustainable suppliers.

Shipping & Returns
UK & EU Shipping: 7-10 days, please allow some delays on UK orders.
Made-to-order products might take slightly longer. You will find information about each item’s preparation time on its specific product page. Once purchased, you will receive the confirmation and the estimated dispatch date.
Additional taxes and duties may occur when shipping to the UK. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the item. To return your product, withdrawal must be made by a clear statement of intent via email.
Re-pack the product safely as you received it (we recommend using the same cardboard shipping box to minimise waste). In your SOLLISTI packaging you will find a printed return label, which you have to stick to the outside of the cardboard shipping box. Ensure that the label and QR code are visible, and drop off the package at your local courier service.
